医院热水供应系统中抗军团菌电热水罐的设计

摘    要:在某高层医院(有888张病床)的冷热水系统设计中,利用屋顶冷水箱的高位服务水头,采用准全日供应热水方式和微承压大容积电热水罐、大口径低扬程回水泵、回水导流三通、冷热水双系统支管减压等多项技术,设计了抗军团菌电热水罐供应热水的全封闭节能节水系统。与传统热水供应系统相比,该系统能够有效抑制军团菌的滋生,保障供水系统运行安全、稳定。

Abstract:In the design of cold and hot water supply system in a high rise hospital building with 888 beds, a whole closed energy-saving and water-saving system was designed for supplying hot water with anti-Legionnella electric water heaters. The system applied the high service head of a roof cold water tank, quasi-full-time hot water supply manner, large volumetric and very low pressurized electric water heaters, return water pumps with large connection diameter and low head, return water diverted tees, pressure reduction in branch pipes of both cold and hot water systems and so on. Compared with conventional hot water supply systems, this system can effectively inhibit the breeding of Legionella and assure the safe and stable operation of the water supply system.
