摘    要:采用水解酸化/EGSB/两段生物接触氧化/砂滤工艺处理甲胺生产废水,运行结果表明,当进水COD、SS、NH3-N的浓度分别为2 850、200、58 mg/L时,出水相应指标分别为80、50、13mg/L,可实现甲胺生产废水达标排放.该工艺具有耐冲击负荷能力强、剩余污泥量少、对难降解有机物的去除率高等优点,在工业废水处理中具有实用性.

Abstract:Hydrolysis acidification/EGSB/two-stage biological contact oxidation/sand filtration process was used to treat methylamine production wastewater.The operation results show that the effluent concentrations of COD,SS and NH3-N are 80 mg/L,50 mg/L and 13 mg/L when the corresponding influent concentrations are 2 850 mg/L,200 mg/L and 58 mg/L respectively.It suggests that the combined process can realize the up-to-standard discharge of methylamine production wastewater.The combined process has advantages of stro...
