汨罗市根据城市供水系统现状对城市生活饮用水安全保障体系建设进行了有益探索,制定了重大水源水质突发污染事件、供水设施发生事故及水源水质受到常规污染而超标时的三类应急保障措施。明确了应急备用水源建设目标年限、建设规模、应急保障时间、水源选择方案、强化处理措施、深度净化措施、工程建设投资等,从而为饮用水安全提供了保障。
