铁、炭流化床预处理染料废水研究

摘    要:用铁、炭流化床反应器所进行的染料废水预处理试验结果表明,该工艺克服了固定床铁、炭反应器易钝化、结块的缺点、运行管理方便。在原水CODcr为3750mg/L、色度为1500倍时,两者的去除率分别达到了77%和90%。

Abstract:Iron-carbon fluidized bed reactor was studied for the pretreatment of dyestuff wastewater. The result shows that the process overcomes the defects of passivation and agglomeration occurring in the fixed bed reactor, and has the advantage of easy operation and management. At COD Cr of 3 750 mg/L and color of 1 500 times in raw wastewater, removal rate of 77% and 90% is achieved respectively for COD Cr and color.
