生物絮体的物理特性调节

摘    要:研究了在活性污泥法中增加不同紊动度和不同停留时间的絮凝室,对澄清前混合液中生物絮体的物理特性的影响。结果表明,大多数活性污泥法处理厂中的絮凝条件并不是最佳,曝气池中絮体的破碎率大于絮体结合率,生物絮体的物理特性较差,造成出流的高浊度;在二沉池前附加中度搅拌的絮凝装置,可以不另加化不药剂且费用量小的前提下,显著地降低出流的悬浮物浓度。

Abstract:This research was designed for comparing physical characteristics of bioflocs in view of adding a fiocculation chamber at different G levels and different detention times between a aeration tank and a clarifier of an activated sludge process.Experimental results show that floes in most activated sludge plants are not in optimum condition for their settling in secondary clarifiers because of much more flloc breakage than floc aggregation in aeration basins. Thus,high SS concentrations are produced.The mildly stirred flocculation step added between the aeration basin and the clarifier can result in an effluent with significantly less SS,without dosing chemicals and at a modest increase in cost.
