摘    要:采用水解-SBR工艺进行了规模化猪场粪污处理试验。水解过程水力停留时间(HRT)为2.0-6.0h,对COD、BOD5、SS、TN的去除率分别为30.1%-47.3%、45.8%-49.4%、56.0%-61.1%、22.3%和55.3%,NH3-N几乎没有去除,水解对COD的去除效率比沉淀处理高17%;SBR的HRT为1.0-1.4d,对COD、BOD5、SS的去除率分别为52.1%-82.1%、89.0%-95.7%、93.9%-97.3%,但出水中仍残留相当数量的难降解COD。SBR对氮有较好的去除效果(TN去除率为74.1%),特别是对高浓度NH3-N的去除取得了相当好的结果(去除率达97%以上)。曝气量对SBR去除NH3-N有显著影响,增加曝气量可以缩短HRT。对比试验证明,NH3-N的去除不是依靠吹脱作用,而是依靠微生物的降解作用。

Abstract:Hydrolysis-SBR process was studied on treatment of piggerywastes.When the hydra u lic retention time (HRT) of the hydrolysis process is 2.0 ~6.0 h,the remov al rates for COD,BOD5,SS,TN and TP are 30.1%~47.3%,45.8 %~49.4%,56.0%~61.1%,22.3% and 55.3% respectively,whereas NH3-N is hardly rem oved.The removal rate for COD by hydrolysis is 17% higher than that by sedim entation at the same HRT.When the HRT of SBR process is 1.0~1.4 d,the r emoval rates for COD,BOD5 and SS are 52.1%~82.1%,89.0%~95 .7% an d 93.9%~97.3% respectively,but there is a certain concentration of inert COD in the effluent.SBR process is fairly efficient for TN removal with remov al rate of 74.1%,especially for higher concentrations of NH3-N with removal rate in excess of 97%.Increase of aeration rate can decrease HRT.Control test shows that removal of NH3-N relies on biodegradation rather than on air stripping.
