摘    要:针对清水混凝土对工作性能及外观气孔分布较高的技术要求,按拌合掺量设计增稠剂与消泡剂复合应用方案,通过调整2种组分的掺入比例,研究了增稠消泡方案对清水混凝土硬化前后工作性能及内外部气泡结构的影响规律。结果表明:适宜掺量的增稠剂和消泡剂复合使用对改善清水混凝土流动性及塑性黏度有利,且在不同的消泡剂用量下存在最佳的增稠剂掺量,使得清水混凝土具有较好内部气泡结构和外观气孔分布。

Abstract:Aiming at the technical requirements of fair-faced concrete for high performance and appearance of pore distribution,the application scheme of thickener and defoamer was designed according to the blending amount. The thickening and defoaming was studied by adjusting the blending ratio of the two components. The influence law of the scheme on the working performance and internal and external bubble structure of the fair-faced concrete before and after hardening was studied. The results show that the combination of suitable thickener and defoamer is beneficial to improve the fluidity and plastic viscosity of fair-faced concrete,and there is the best thickener dosage point under different defoamer dosages,so that the fair-faced concrete has a good internal bubble structure and appearance of pore distribution.
