污泥陶粒焙烧制度优化及其对陶粒性能的影响

摘    要:研究了污泥掺量对陶粒膨胀倍数的影响,对污泥陶粒的焙烧制度进行了初探与优化。研究结果表明:干污泥掺量(0~20%)越多,助熔成分增多,在相同烧结温度下熔化生成的液相就越多,陶粒更易收缩,膨胀倍数变小。添加污泥使得陶粒的焙烧范围变小,污泥掺量越多,焙烧范围越窄。对堆积密度影响程度较大的因素是烧结温度、预热时间,对陶粒1h吸水率影响程度较大的因素是烧结温度、预热温度。

Abstract:The effect of sludge content on the expansion ratio of ceramsite was first studied,and then the baking system of sludge ceramsite was preliminarily explored and optimized. The results indicate that:with the increase of the amount of sludge,the supporting component increased and the amount of liquid phase melted at the same temperature increased. With the increase of the amount of sludge,the expansion ratio of ceramsite gradually decreases. The baking range of sludge ceramsite narrow down under adding sludge reduces. It was found that the factors influencing the bulk density were sintering temperature and preheating time. The factors that had a greater influence on the 1 h water absorption of ceramics were sintering temperature and preheating temperature.
