摘    要:在C30混凝土基准配合比的基础上,内掺占胶凝材料总质量1.0%~6.0%的磷石膏,研究了磷石膏掺量对混凝土坍落度及经时损失、胶凝材料膨胀性能、矿物掺合料活性指数和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,磷石膏对混凝土具有缓凝和膨胀作用,可以激发矿物掺合料的活性,其在C30混凝土中的最佳掺量为3.0%~4.0%,研究结果为提高磷石膏资源化利用水平开辟一条新径。

Abstract:Phosphorus gypsum which accounts for 1%~6% of the total cementing material was added based on the benchmark mix ratio of C30 concrete.The influence of phosphogypsum mixing amount on the concrete slump loses through time,expansion performance of cementitious material,activity index of mineral admixture and the compressive strength of concrete were analyzed.The results show that phosphogypsum has the effect of retarding and expanding on the concrete,which can stimulate the activity of mineral admixture,and the optimum content in C30 concrete is 3%~4%,which is a new way to improve the utilization level of phosphogypsum.
