聚碳酸酯多腔绝热中空玻璃热工性能研究

摘    要:以高透明低密度的聚碳酸酯透明材料为多腔中空玻璃的间隔材料,系统研究了多腔绝热中空玻璃系统的构造,利用美国劳伦斯伯克利实验室的Optics6软件对多种结构的多腔中空玻璃热工性能进行研究。结果表明:在基本不增加中空玻璃质量的情况下,随着腔体数量和厚度的增大,中空玻璃可实现低传热系数和高可见光透过率。

Abstract:The high transparent low density polycarbonate transparent material is used as the spacer material of multi-cavity heat-insulated hollow glass.The structure of the multi-cavity hollow glass system is systematically studied.The thermal performance of the multi-chamber hollow glass with multi-structures are studied by the Optice6 software of the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory.The results show that under the condition not increasing the hollow glass mass,with the increase of the number and thickness of the chamber,the hollow glass can achieve low heat transfer coefficient and high visible light transmittance.
