改性聚羧酸系高效减水剂对混凝土性能的影响及应用

摘    要:采用一种多功能型表面活性剂来改性聚羧酸系高效减水剂.试验结果表明,该改性剂与聚羧酸系减水剂母液具有很好的相容性,对聚羧酸系减水剂的减水效果和坍落度保持效果都有非常明显的改善,并且具有很好的增强效果,与试验的3种水泥均具有较好的相容性.使用改性聚羧酸系减水剂配制C30高性能混凝土具有很好的流态效果,同时在高流态下保持了较高的力学性能及优异的耐久性能,在重大工程上得到了很好的应用.

Abstract:A multi-function surfactant that modifies polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers is sought in this paper.The results show that the modifier has good compatibility with polycarboxylate-type mother liquor,and the effects between water-reducing and slump-retaining are evidently improved by modification,and it has good strengthening effect,has good compatibility with the three kinds of cement samples.The C30 high-performance concrete prepared with modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a good flow patter...
