摘    要:由于聚羧酸减水剂可延缓水泥的水化,使得水泥混凝土早期强度发展缓慢,限制了聚羧酸减水剂在预制混凝土以及寒冷气候等建筑物的使用。针对这个问题,采用三乙醇胺(TEA)与3种聚羧酸减水剂进行复配改性,旨在研究复配改性后的减水剂对水泥分散性、凝结时间、水泥试块强度等性能的影响。结果表明,TEA与聚羧酸减水剂复合使用后,显著提高了水泥试块的早期强度,不同程度地改变了水泥凝结时间,稍微降低了水泥分散性。与萘系减水剂相比,复合改性后的聚羧酸减水剂在水泥试块早强和分散性等方面有优势。

Abstract:The shortcomings of polycarboxylate superplasticizer that it can delay the cement hydration and early strength development of its concrete is slow limit its use in precast concrete and the buildings in cold weather.In view of this,this paper adopts the method which combines triethanolamine(TEA) with three kinds of polycarboxylate superplasticizer,aiming at studying the effect of complex water reducers on properties of dispersion,setting time and early strength of cement.Results show that the complex of TEA and polycarboxylate superplasticizer significantly improved the early strength of cement,changed the cement setting time to some extent,and reduced slightly slurry dispersion.Compared with naphthalene superplasticizers,complex water reducers have obvious advantages in early strength of cement and slurry dispersion.
