摘    要:利用工业固体废弃物水淬锰渣制备高性能混凝土.研究结果表明,水淬锰渣的主要化学成分为SiO2、Al2O3、CaO和Mgo,矿物90%以上为玻璃体,具有一定的潜在水凝性和火山灰性.内掺水泥用量30%的水淬锰渣和10%的膨胀剂,利用碎石和普通砂可配制强度达70~80 MPa、坍落度达19~22cm性能良好的高性能混凝土.

Abstract:High performance concrete was prepared by making use of industrial solid waste water quenched manganese slag.The results show that water quenched manganese slag contains silicon dioxide(SiO2),aluminum oxide(Al2O3),calcium oxide(CaO),and magnesium oxide(MgO),over 90% are vitreous mineral,having a certain potential of hydrogel and volcanic ash.High-performance concrete with strength up to 70~80 MPa and slump up to 19~22 cm can be prepared with gravel and normal sand,by adding water quenched slag of 30% of the...
