混凝土超早强复合外加剂的研制

摘    要:本文介绍了以无机超早强激发剂辅与少量有机表面活性剂复合而成的超早强复合外加剂。利用无机超早强激发剂的快凝快硬的特点提供早期强度,同时无机超早强激发剂水化产物的形成,加速了水泥矿物组成中的C2S和C3S的水化,起到激发水泥水化的作用,此外,有机表面活性剂的加入,大大降低了混凝土水灰比,对提高混凝土强度及提高混凝土抗渗性、耐久性起到了很大的作用。该外加剂可使混凝土达到超早强,3d龄期即达到普通混凝土28d才能达到的强度,且后期强度仍有良好的增长势头。

Abstract:The super-accelerate complex admixture of concrete was obtained by mixing inorganic super-accelerate stimulant composition with a little organic surface active agent. The character of the former was speedy and stiff, providing early strength. Meanwhile, the formation of its hydrate accelerated the hydration of C2S and C3S, then stimulated cement hydration. And the latter enormously lowered the water-cement ratio of concrete, then generatly improved the strength, anti-permeating nature and endurance of concrete. Adding this admixture into ordinary concrete would make the concrete super-accelerate. That is, at 3 days age it could reach the strength that ordinary one could in the 28th day. In addition, later stage strength still kept growing well.
