摘    要:高强螺栓连接设计是锅炉钢结构中非常重要的一项工作,关系到锅炉钢结构的整体安全性.对锅炉钢结构高强螺栓的连接设计进行阐述,对高强螺栓的加工、检验以及施工进行总结,并分析某电厂锅炉钢结构摩擦型连接高强螺栓断裂的原因,希望对锅炉钢结构的连接设计有所帮助.

Abstract:The high-strength bolted connection design for boiler steel structure is very important, which is related to the overall stability of boiler steel structure.This paper discusses high-strength bolted connection design, and also summarizes processing, inspection and construction of high-strength bolts. Analyzed the fracture reasons of friction type high-strength bolts for connecting the boiler steel structure of a power plant.It is expected to help boiler steel structure connection design.
