大型铸钢节点的工程应用和分析

铸钢节点作为一种新型的钢结构节点已在我国大型复杂的空间钢结构中得到应用。结合某国际机场新航站楼铸钢节点的分析，介绍铸钢节点的形式及其设计基本原则，分析铸钢材料的性能，为合理选用铸钢材料提供依据。采用畸变能密度准则作为强度准则，给出铸钢节点强度判别准则。利用ANSYS有限元程序，分析铸钢节点的应力分布规律。此外，还模拟铸钢节点的典型缺陷并进行有限元分析，进而推断铸钢节点带缺陷工作状况对节点受力性能的影响程度。在参考国内外技术文件和本工程节点实际情况的基础上，提出铸钢节点质量控制方面的建议。
