积雪荷载作用下冷弯Z形檩条的设计分析

摘    要:近年来,国内多次出现门式刚架轻型厂房在暴风雪作用下发生破坏,尤以檩条破坏较为严重,多数发生侧向弯曲和扭转破坏。目前,国内对冷弯斜卷边Z形檩条的计算通常不考虑扭矩的影响,仅验算弯矩作用下的强度及稳定性。因此,积雪荷载作用下檩条发生的扭转变形导致的结构破坏应引起关注。通过研究分析积雪荷载的特点,檩条破坏的原因,扭转对冷弯斜卷边Z形简支檩条承载力的影响,提出设计建议。
