钢管煤矸石混凝土受弯构件的受力全过程分析

摘    要:对具有不同含钢率的 6根钢管煤矸石混凝土受弯构件进行了试验研究 ;利用钢管煤矸石混凝土组合材料及钢材的本构关系 ,采用数值积分方法对构件的受弯全过程进行了详细的理论分析 ;将理论分析与试验研究的结果进行了对比 ;为研究钢管煤矸石混凝土偏心受压构件的力学性能奠定了良好的基础 ;对煤矸石的再利用、节约砂石不可再生资源、保护环境具有重要意义

Abstract:Six gangue concrete filled steel tubular bending members that had different steel ratio were tested.The analysis of deflection process of beams under loading with constitutive equation of composite material and structural steel was done and the numerical integration was used.The comparison between the conclusion of theoretical analysis and experiment was carried out. A good foundation for researching the mechanical properties of eccentric compression members of gangue concrete filled steel tube was laid.It was important to use gangue,save sand and stone that do not regenerate and protect environment.
