| 摘 要： | 结合黄舣长江特大桥钢锚梁结构特点,介绍其制作加工工艺,详细阐述钢锚梁下料时索孔的开制、单元件制作时的组装定位基准及焊接顺序。为将焊接变形造成的影响减至最小,钢锚梁采用整体加工和预拼制作工艺,同时介绍聚四氟乙烯板的粘接工艺。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the fabrication technology of steel anchorage girder for Huangyi Yangtze River Bridge.The cable hole drilling during fabrication of steel anchorage girder, the installation oriention benchmark and welding sequence during fabrication of unit plate have been described in detail.In order to minimize the effect of the welding distortion, overall processing and pre-assembling technology are used for the steel anchorage girder. At the same time, it is introduced the adherence technology of PTFE plate. |
