建筑结构用耐火钢的耐火极限试验

摘    要:采用鞍钢开发的抗拉强度490MPa级耐火钢,根据中冶集团建筑研究总院设定的试验方案。经国家固定灭火系统和耐火构件质量监督检验中心试验,鞍钢耐火钢在无涂覆状态下达到国家建筑4级梁的耐火极限;薄型涂覆达到3级梁的耐火极限;厚型涂覆达到了1级梁的耐火极限,并且实现耐火钢的厚型涂覆材料厚度比普通Q345钢节省1/2。

Abstract:The results of fire resistance tests of fire resistant steel produced by Anshan Iron & Steel Group Complex are presented,which are programmed by CRIBC and tested by National Center for Quality Supervision & Test of Fixed Fire Extinguishing Systems and Fire Resisting Building Component The results shows that fire resistant steel component without fire protection material reaches the demand on beam fire resistance (grade 4) of the national standard, the one with thin coating only reaches the demand on beam fire resistance(grade 3), the one with half thickness of fire protection material compared to conventional steel can reach the demand on beam fire resistance (grade 1).
