滕州解放大桥钢塔及钢箱梁制作关键技术

摘    要:滕州解放大桥为独塔单索面斜拉桥,采用墩塔梁固结体系,桥塔为钢管混凝土结构,主跨采用扁平式钢箱梁,其余跨采用箱形混凝土梁。该桥采用"先梁后索"总体施工方案,在制作工艺上采用了合理分割技术,钢箱梁总拼与块体制作相结合,钢塔预拼装与节段制作相结合技术等关键技术;钢箱梁采用支架安装,钢塔采用两节段接高后吊装,很好地控制了施工质量,并应用400t履带吊等先进设备,搭设高90m脚手架施工平台保证了施工安全。

Abstract:Tengzhou Liberation Bridge is a single tower and single cable stayed bridge, and the pier tower girder fixed system was used, bridge tower was a concrete-filled steel tubular structure; the flat steel box girder was used for the main span, the box concrete beams were used for other spans. The overall construction scheme of constructing the beam first and then the cable was used for the bridge. In the fabrication process, the key technologies, such as reasonable segmentation, general assembling of steel box girder combined with block manufacturing, preassembling of steel tower combined with section manufacturing ete were used. Bracket installation was used for steel box girder, and the quality of construction was ensured. A 400 t crawler crane and other advanced equipment were used, and a 90 m scaffold platform was designed to ensure the construction safety.
