插板加强K型间隙圆钢管相贯节点的极限承载能力非线性有限元分析

摘    要:应用有限元法,考虑材料非线性和几何非线性,分析计算了K型圆钢管相贯节点(K型)和插板加强K型圆钢管相贯节点(RK型)的承载力,并绘出节点的荷载-位移曲线。比较表明:插板显著提高了K型节点的极限承载力,揭示了K型和RK型节点承载力随弦腹杆夹角、两腹杆间隙的变化规律以及不同几何参数下插板对节点的极限承载力的贡献,可供工程设计参考应用。

Abstract:Nonlinear finite element analysis was performed to investigate the bearing capacity of the circular tubular gapped K-Joints (K-Joints) and reinforced circular tubular gapped K-Joints (RK-Joints) under anti-symmetrical axial loads. A 4-node plastic element was employed to stimulate the joints in the analysis considering geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity. The ultimate bearing capacity of RK-Joints was compared with that of K-Joints to show the flashboard strengthened K-Joints a lot. Meanwhile, the correlation was made between the improved ultimate bearing capacity and geometric parameters, including angle from the ridge along the weld line of a chord and diagonal members, longitudinal gap in K-Joint, the height and thickness of the flashboard. It also had been proposed the stress contour of RK-Joints just before failure and some suggestions on welding process of this type of joint for practical construction projects.
