| 摘 要： | 根据上海外滩通道周边二幢优秀历史建筑的检测鉴定结果，对该类房屋在相邻地下工程影响下的抗变形性能进行分析研究，讨论混合结构房屋在差异沉降影响下的结构受力问题，对制定施工过程中的监测方案具有较高的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes and studies the anti-deformation performance of the excellent historical buildings under the influence of adjacent underground projects according to the inspection and appraisal results of two excellent historical buildings around the bund passage of Shanghai and discusses the structural stress of the mixed structure house under the influence of different settlement, which is valuable to prepare monitoring scheme during construction process. |
