| Abstract: | The development of energy-saving ＆ space-saving buildings is the reflection of achieving aggregate resources conservation, reasonable utilization and changing development method. The party central committee and state council are very concerned with this. The article describes the working method of promoting this work and looks back the current situation of promoting ＂Four-Savings One Environmental Protection＂ （Energy-saving, Water-saving, Space-saving, Material-saving, and Environmental Protection） and addresses the works of next step as well. |
