| 摘 要： | 在小区建设过程中，可以采取多种节能措施，这些节能措施可能会使建设初投资增加，但可通过建筑使用过程中节约的资金来回收初投资增加的成本。随着建筑技术的提高，各种建筑节能措施也相继出现，并且得到认可安丘新秀·理想城建设过程中使用了很多节能技术，本文对该工程中的节能措施进行了探讨．由此联系到我国建筑节能应用现状，提出了自己的看法。建筑节能措施在建筑中的综合利用可以有效地节约能源，为我国的节能事业做出贡献。

| Abstract: | We may take multiple energy-efficient measures during the construction of the community. However, such energy-efficient measures may increase the initial investment in construction but we may recycle the cost added due to the initial investment by saving money during the use of the buildings. As the architectural technologies are increasingly improved, various building energy-efficient measures suc- cessively have and been approved. Therefore, Anqiu New Best -Ideal City utilized plenty of energy-efficient technologies during construction. This Paper discusses the energy-efficient measures in the Project and thereby proposes some thoughts on the current application situation of building energy efficiency of China. The comprehensive utilization of building energy-efficient measures in buildings may effectively save energy and contribute to the energy conservation of China. |
