预制装配式混凝土外墙挂板设计关键技术研究

“十二五”期间是经济发展方式转型的关键阶段,推动住宅产业化对于缓解建筑业面临的资源和环境压力,促使房地产业向现代化产业转型具有重要的意义.目前,工业化装配式住宅已在国内开始推广,预制装配式混凝土外墙挂板作为PC（Precast Concrete）建筑的重要组成部分,因其出色的工业化产品质量,较好地解决了传统建筑外墙漏水、裂缝等顽疾,因而成为当前PC建筑高成本制约下采用预制部位的首选目标.通过笔者实际参与的部分PC项目为例,探讨研究预制装配式混凝土外墙挂板设计的关键技术,相关方法与思路可为类似的PC设计提供参考.

Research on the Design of Precast Concrete Curtain Wall

It is a key phase to transform the mode of economic development During the ＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂ period. Housing industrialization could alleviate the pressure on resources and the environment, and it is of great importance to promote the development of the real estate industry .Nowadays, prefabricated dwelling house has been popularized in China. The Precast Concrete Curtain Wall（PCCW） plays an important role in the precast concrete buildings, PCCW has great concrete quality and compared with traditional buildings, it provide better waterproof and insulation. So, PCCW has become the first target to use the precast method under the restriction of higher cost .This article discusses key techniques in the design of PCCW by some PC projects as example.
