上海地区工业化住宅标准体系研究

依托现代设计集团开展的“工业化住宅标准体系研究”课题调研成果,通过对国内外工业化住宅标准体系的梳理,提出了工业化住宅的定义,梳理当前国内工业化住宅的不同结构体系,以及当前住宅建设“从建造到制造”转变的三种不同模式,并结合上海地区工业化住宅发展需求提出实现工业化住宅的“社会化、市场化、工厂化、标准化”技术特征及建议技术路线,可以对上海地区工业化住宅发展提供借鉴和参考.

Study on Standard Systems for Industrialized Housing in Shanghai Region

The definition of industrialized housing is proposed relying on investigation results of Study on Standard Systems for Industrialized Housing that is developed by Xian Dai Design Group and by sorting out Chinese and foreign standard systems for industrialized housing. It also proposes technical features and suggested technical routes for realizing ＂socialization, market-orientation, industrialized production and standardization＂ of industrialized housing by sorting out various structural systems of Chinese industrialized housing and three kinds of transformation modes from ＂construction to manufacture＂ of current housing construction and integrating requirements for development of industrial housing in Shanghai Region, which can be used for reference for developing industrialized housing in Shanghai region.
