On the Four Digital Effects and the New Characteristics of Smart City

This paper analyzes and discusses the new contents and features brought by the new development of digital technology to the construction and operation of smart city.This paper puts forward four major effects of digitalization on economic and social development,including network synergy effect,online instant effect,algorithm intelligence effect and full sense experience effect.It also makes a systematic analysis and targeted suggestions on the embodiment of different effects in smart city.This paper provides useful exploration and reference for the upgrading and updating of the original interim measures and evaluation standards of smart city management in the new technological and economic environment.
