| 摘 要： | 主题公园一般选择在经济较发达、旅游人数多的大城市周边或交通基础设施便利、有公共交通系统连接的地区。主题公园开发与城市区域的发展有非常密切的关系。本文以深圳华侨城为例，从城市规划、土地开发、经济发展和文化建设等方面探讨了主题公园建设与城市发展的关系。

| Abstract: | In general, theme park islocated either around the big city withmore developed economy and great dealof tourists or in the area with conve-nient traffic facilities and advanced pub-lic transportation system. Therefore,there are very close relationships be-tween the construction of theme parkand the development of city. Based onthe case of Huaqiao Town in Shenzhen,the relationships between them are dis-cussed from different aspects, includingurban planning, land exploitation, eco-nomic development and cultureconstruction. |
