矿业城市可持续发展战略构想--以甘肃省金昌市为例

矿业城市是区域经济的重要组成部分。地处西北干旱区的金昌市作为甘肃省乃至全国重要的矿业城市．除了具有一般矿业城市所面临的问题以外还有自己的特殊性：金昌市经济结构单一，水资源约束严重．城市环境问题突出等制约城市发展的不利因素．从可持续发展的角度．提出了资源适度开发战略、产业多元化战略以水定市的发展战略以及建设生态城市的发展战略。

TENTATIVE IDEAS ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF MINING CITY:A CASE STUDY ON JINCHANG CITY

Mining cities are the important components ofregional economy in mineral regions. Jinchang city, locatedin the Northwest arid areas of China, one of the most impor-tant mining cities in Gansu province and throughout thecountry, has its unique characteristics besides some com-mon problems that mining cities encounter. After analyzingthe disadvantages, such as the singularity of economicstructure, grave restriction of water resource, serious ur-ban environmental problems etc, this paper puts forwardsome strategies from in the eye of sustainable development,including the moderate exploitation strategy, multi-industrystrategy, water oriented strategy and constructing eco-citystrategy.
