商业街功能选择是商业街规划的核心内容,其与消费需求的一致性是商业街成功的关键因素.本文从消费需求分析出发,结合商业街的发展趋势,确定了商业街功能选择与消费需求的逻辑关系,以南京湖南路商业街的功能选择为例,运用主成分分析,探索性地研究了城市商业街功能规划的方法与路径.

The Functional Planning of Urban Commercial Street Based on Consumption Demand Characteristics: A Case Study of the Commercial Street of Hunan Road

The functional selection of urban commercial street is the core of commercial street planning, and its correspondence with consumption demand is key successful factor .This paper begins with the analysis of the consumption demand, and takes the development trend of the commercial street into account, and has specified the logic relations between functional selection of the commercial street and consumption demand. Taking the functional choice of the commercial street of Hunan Road in Nanjing as an example, this paper uses the principal components analysis(PCA) to research the way of function planning of urban commercial street on the basis of consumption demand.
