| 摘 要： | 自2000年之后,党中央国务院提出社会主义新农村建设的种种内容,之后新农村规划工作在全国如火如荼开展开来,最近几年以河南新乡、重庆为首的针对农村的新型社区规划逐渐取得了越来越好的成效,之后农村新型社区逐渐在全国推广,本文以河南新乡河底铺社区为例,基于低碳理念的基础上对社区进行规划构思,角度如下:规划布局、道路交通、绿地系统规划、能源和基础设施规划等方面。以期对同行起到一定的借鉴作用。
