构建多样化社会社区的初探

随着社会主义市场经济的建设和社区开发的市场化,目前新开发的社区大部分只有高收入阶层才能进入,低收入阶层因为房价超过了自己的支付能力而被排斥在外,因此社区有同质化的趋势。本文通过说明社区社会构成同质化的不利,指出社区开发社会构成应该是多样化的,最后提出构建社会多样化社区的对策:政府适当干预社区开发;社区住房的适应性设计;社区规划设计的贡献,如改变景观设计手法。

Diversification of the Societal Composition in Communities

As the socialist market economic development and community building market,only high-income groups can access the newly developed communities,but the low-income are excluded because housing price exceeds their capacity to pay. Therefore the community tends to be homogeneous,that is to say,the main community can only accommodate to the middle and high-income class. The social composition of community should be diverse by stating the disadvantages of homogeneous community. Finally,the paper points out the solution to achieve the diversification society of community:firstly,government's appropriate intervention community development;secondly,adaptive design in community housing;thridly,community planning design contribution such as changing landscape design tactics.
