社区建设中的"三巨头"(社区居委会、业主委员会、物业服务企业)角色探讨

现阶段，业主委员会、居委会、物业服务企业不符合社区自治发展，合理定位其角色，方能推进社区自治。目前社区居委会职能行政化、法律法规体制冲突、三巨头职能重叠、冲突、阻碍了社区自治发展，应对三者在社区自治中的角色进行重新定位。
