再论居民出行可达性的计算机辅助评价

交通可达性是城市规划必须考虑的一个重要因素。本文首先介绍了微观可达性的概念，利用地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）技术可以实现的微观可达性评价方法。然后，着重讨论宏观可达性的概念，意义以及计算、评价方法．在此基础上，介绍了宏观可达性分析的应用实例．经理论研究和实例应用，可以认为，通用ＧＩＳ技术和特殊计算方法相结合，可使可达性分析为规划、决策人员提供直观、精确、丰富而又简练的信息和决策帮助。

The Computer-aided Evaluation on Accessibility

Accessibility is an important factor of urban planning. This paper firstly introduces the concept of micro accessibility and its evaluating methods by GIS, then stresses on the concept of macro accessibility and its meaning, calculating and evaluating method. Based on the case study, it proves that the integration of GIS and special calculate methods can provide more direct, precise, abundant and succinct information for planner.
