中国城市规划的理论与实践问题思考

论文在明确了对现代城市规划理论发展共同趋势的认知基础上,分析了中国城市规划的理论与实践问题.从中国城市历史发展的阶段性、城市规划学科的本体性、为人使用空间的特殊性、理论与实践结合的保证等方面,作者强调理论只有生根于实践才能开花结果,目前中国城市规划理论研究的重点应是现代空间理论和相应的城市规划设计方法论.

THINKING ON THE PROBLEMS OF CHINA'S URBAN PLANNING THEORIES AND PRACTICES

Based on the tendency of the development of the contemporary theories of urban planning, this paper analyzed the problems of China's urban planning theories and practice. Depending on the reasons of the stage of development of China's urban construction, the identity of urban planning, the particularity of urban space and the promise of the theory combining with the practice, the paper emphasized that the urban planning theory must combine with the practice of China. The main task at present of China's urban planning studies is the urban space theories and the methodology of urban design.
