| Abstract: | The New Economy is the pronoun of the economic booming driven by the high-tech industry in the United States since the beginning of 1990s. The cities have experienced both the suburb sprawl and the urban center development in this period. This paper discusses the background and causes of this phenomenon and the related theories. |
