基于多源数据的滨水公共空间活力评价研究--以黄浦江滨水区为例

黄浦江作为上海重要的公共空间资源,两岸绿道贯通开放后,滨水公共空间品质大幅提升,起到示范、引领作用,成为学术研究与社会关注的热点。首先对黄浦江滨水地区总体风貌和三个典型空间进行评析,比较贯通前后的公共空间变迁,总结滨水区更新设计策略和意义。其次,引入定量分析方法,探究改造后的滨水公共空间不同区段人口、社会学的影响差异、与城市腹地开发相关性等问题。借助微博、航拍图像、人口分布、设施分布等多源数据,从空间维度和时间维度评价滨水公共空间活力,研究城市腹地开发对滨水公共空间活力的影响。在此基础上提出差异化配置设施、协调经济效益和社会效益、结合腹地活力调整区域投资密度等发展策略,为滨水区更新设计提供理论支撑和优化方向。

Vitality Assessment of Waterfront Public Space Based on Multi-Source Data:A Case Study of the Huangpu River Waterfront

Green spaces are developed on both sides of the Huangpu River as an important public space resource in Shanghai,and as a result,the quality of the waterfront public space has been greatly improved.Such spaces have demonstration effect and are a hot spot of academic research and public attention.Firstly,this paper evaluates the general features of the waterfront area of the Huangpu River and three typical spaces,compares public spaces before and after improvement,and summarizes the design strategies and significance of the waterfront renewal.Secondly,a quantitative method was introduced to explore the differences in population,sociology,and the relationship with the hinterland area for different sections of the waterfront.With the help of multi-source data such as microblog,aerial image,population distribution and facility distribution,the vitality of waterfront public spaces is evaluated spatially and temporally and how it is impacted by the development of the hinterland area is studied.On this basis,the paper makes serval proposals including differentiated allocation of facilities,coordination of economic and social benefits,adjustment of investment intensity with consideration of hinterland vitality,and other development strategies.The paper is expected to provide theoretical support and optimization methodology for waterfront renewal.
