北京客运枢纽与城市功能协调研究

客运枢纽与城市功能间的协调具有阶段性特征.相对于普铁时代,高铁与城市群时代的客流特征及城市功能组织发生了显著的变化,相应推动客运枢纽与城市功能间由分割对立走向融合协调.应用相关理论,借鉴国际大都市经验,在分析北京面临的新态势、新要求、新机遇基础上,提出“枢纽上的中心体系”规划目标,以引领与区域联动发展的北京多中心空间结构优化;并从城市群、都市区、枢纽地区开发等层面提出客运枢纽与城市功能协调的具体策略;最后基于客运枢纽布局优化,对北京城市空间结构优化提出建议.

The Coordination between Passenger Transport Hubs and Urban Functions in Beijing

The relationship between passenger transport hubs and surrounding urban functions has temporal characteristics.Compared with situations in the traditional rail period,the passenger flow and urban functional organization have changed significantly in the age of expanding high-speed rail system.This correspondingly drives the integration of passenger transport hub and urban functions.Built on related theories and experience of international metropolises,as well as an analysis of new situation,new requirements and new opportunities facing Beijing,this article puts forward planning objectives of building "center system based on hubs" in order to lead the optimization of the polycentric spatial structure of Beijing.At the same time,from urban agglomeration level,metropolitan area level and hub area level respectively,the paper proposes practical strategies on integrating the passenger transport hub with surrounding urban functions.Finally based on the principles of passenger transport hub optimization,the paper provides suggestions on improving Beijing's urban spatial structure.
