在收集和整理1990年以来国内有关小城镇研究的期刊及相关文章基础上,对1990年代以来我国小城镇研究进行回顾.指出我国学者传统的研究集中在小城镇发展研究,小城镇规划和建设研究,小城镇经济研究上.同时对近年来涌现的从产业聚集理论、区位理论、空间结构理论、产业聚集理论、路径依赖理论等角度研究小城镇的发展进行论述,并指出我国小城镇研究中存在的问题.

Review on the research of the small cities and towns in China since the 1990s

Based on the statistical data of journals about small cities and towns and related articles in China since 1990s, this paper reviews the research of small cities and towns in China since 1990s. The researches often focus on the issue such as the development strategy, the planning and construction, the economy development, and the related fields. At the same time, this paper gives a review, and summarizes the researches of the development of small cities and towns from the point of view such as locational theory, the generous theory of location and space, the theory of industry congregating, the theory of lying of the path, then points out the existing problems.
