| 摘 要： | 2006年<国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要>(2006-2020年)正式颁布. "城镇化与城市发展"成为其中11个重点领域之一.这是首次从国家项层将"城镇化"作为一个"独立领域"予以确立与展开系统性研究,为我国城市规划学科与行业发展提供难得的机遇.笔者有幸作为纲要编制咨询专家以及领域课题设计总体专家组成员参与了纲要论证、领域优先主题论证以及后续相关"十一五"科技支撑课题主持设计等工作,对未来我国城市与区域规划发展有了新的认识.为此,结合多年来对国外城市学界动态跟踪与我国城镇化发展的长久积累.此文分别从背景与挑战、核心关键、发展目标、研究架构与研究内容等方面对新时期我国城市与区域规划研究的发展谈一些思考、体会与构想.
