| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》（以下简称《治安管理处罚法》已于2006年3月1日起正式施行。《治安管理处罚法》对已有的消防管理方面作了很大修改，部分条款对消防监督工作中的部分突出问题作出了具体规定，是对《中华人民共和国消防法》（以下简称《消防法》）的进一步完善和补充，也为《消防法》贯彻实施提供了更加有力的法律保障。

Correct Way to implement the Public Security Administrative Penalty Ordinance in Fire Law Enforcement |

| Abstract: | Based on the reason of applying the public security tiministrative penalty ordinance in fire law enforcement and relevant detalled clauses and notices in fire law enforcement the articis proposes that the fire law enforcement shouid be further reguiated to strengthen the fire inspectional law anforcement with improved officiency. |
