| 摘 要： | 分析了国内房产信息管理系统的现状和问题,提出了开发新的房产信息管理系统的必要性,阐述了房产信息管理系统研究的主要内容,对房产信息管理系统的设计思想,模块功能和数据库设计进行了详细的分析,将系统用于实际工作中产生的效果进行了分析.

| Abstract: | The paper aims at actualities and existing problems of real estate management information system, prospetives the necessity of developing new real estate information system. The paper expouds the content of study on real estate information system . The design thought , function module and database of real estate information system are analysed in detail , the pratical effect of system in work also is analysed. In the end the advantages of system is summarized. |
