摘    要:随着城市大型工程的增多,基坑作业安全问题备受关注。为保证省市重点建设项目—大慈寺文化商业综合体深基坑的安全,采用了精密工程测量仪器对进行基坑及其周边建筑进行准实时变形监测。通过优化技术设计方案、改进作业方法,实现了测量机器人自动观测、多样化数据成果管理、建立实时预警反馈机制等关键技术,完成了本项目深基坑、古建筑群、地铁站点及周边住宅等的监测工作。

The Key Technique Research of Dacisi Cultural and Commercial Complex Excavation Monitoring
Abstract:With the increasing of city's large scale engineering,the building foundation's safety has got deep con-cern. In order to ensure the provincial and municipal key construction projects—the Dacisi cultural and commercial com-plex's deep excavation's safety,we adopted the precise engineering survey instruments to make the quasi-real-time dy-namic deformation monitoring. By optimizing the technical design, improve the method of operation, achieved the key technique such as automatic observation by measuring robot,diversified management data results,established the real-time warning mechanism. successfully completed the project of deep excavation,subway stations,surrounding buildings and the residential houses's deformation monitoring work.
