摘    要:自然资源测绘是为自然资源管理部门提供科学、准确的基础数据而开展的一项技术服务工作,包括土地预审、土地勘测定界等技术服务内容。针对自然资源统一管理中的信息化测绘的内涵与需求,为解决过往由自然资源条块管理造成的标准法规不一且多变、空间基准不统一、数据复杂且更新频繁、地理信息孤岛多等瓶颈性难题,采用土地利用专题数据零向导定制、多源异构数据解析与转换、自然资源时空信息聚合等技术,形成高集成度的自然资源测绘数据生产技术模式,研发跨平台多源异构数据信息映射技术,搭建基于WebGIS技术的信息服务平台,满足了自然资源测绘不同业务需求的安全高效生产与精准化服务。

Abstract:The surveying and mapping of natural resources is a technical service for natural resource management departments to provide scientific and accurate basic data,including land preliminary examination,land reconnaissance demarcation and other technical services.Aiming at the connotation and demand of information surveying and mapping in the unified management of natural resources,in order to solve the bottleneck problems of changeable standards and regulations,inconsistent with spatial benchmarks,complex and frequently updated data,and many geographical information islands caused by the management of natural resources in the past,the technology of unguided customization technique of thematic data on land use,multi-source heterogeneous data analysis and conversion,spatio-temporal information aggregation of natural resources are adopted to form a highly integrated natural resource surveying and mapping data production technology model,and develop cross-platform multi-source heterogeneous data information mapping technology,build an information service platform based on WebGIS technology,so as to meet the different business needs of natural resources mapping safe and efficient production and precision services.
