| 摘 要： | 近几年关于建筑外墙外保温材料相继出台的文件规定比较多,有各部委联合下发的,也有单独下发的.尤其是公安部下发的“关于进一步明确民用建筑外保温材料消防监督管理有关要求的通知”(公消2011]65号)对外保温材料市场带来较大的震动.正确解读这些文件和掌握常用外保温材料构造与特性,对建筑施工管理人员有着重要意义.

| Abstract: | In recent years,many documents about the building external thermal insulation materials have been issued by various ministries jointly or separately.Among all of the documents,＂the notice about clarifying the civil construction external thermal insulation materials fire supervision and management of the requirements（No.65）＂ was issued by the Ministry of Public Security gave a great shock to the external insulation materials market.It has an important significance for the construction managers to interpret these documents correctly and master the structure and properties of external thermal insulation materials skillfully. |
