深圳国际商会中心超高层建筑施工技术

摘    要:深圳国际商会中心工程地下3层,地上55层,建筑面积134081m2,高度214.5m,其主体结构为框架-筒体结构,施工技术复杂。以该工程为例,重点介绍了型钢混凝土组合结构施工、大面积幕墙施工、半装配式箍筋安装方法、屋顶直升机停机坪施工、内爬式塔吊高空拆除等关键技术。

Abstract:Housing quality is a major event to maintain the people's livelihood and an important guarantee for the fundamental interests of the people.The quality of residential housing is determined by design quality which is associated with the architect's design conception,the implementation of national and local design standards,laws and regulations,new materials and new technologies in the design process.The design quality should be implemented by a sound quality management system of design institute.Developer's pre-planning,design and the close cooperation of the whole process is an important guarantee for the quality of residential design.
