| Abstract: | In order to effectively keep the happening of accidents within limits, The Shanghai building industry authorities have developed and spread the application of the "Digital Site" construction engineering safety/quality supervision administration information system based on internet and pocket PC (Supervision Edition) of Qimstar Project. The system, which functions in accordance with the regulations and process, has successfully solved the problems in the construction sites administration. |
