混凝土干湿循环时间与抗腐蚀效果关系的探讨

摘    要:通过混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验法研究了C50混凝土试件质量、相对动弹性模量损失率及试件抗压强度耐蚀系数与干湿循环时间的关系。研究结果表明干湿循环次数小于30次混凝土试件相对动弹性模量、抗压强度耐蚀系数损失率及质量变化率均较小,在30~120次之间,其变化率最大,120次干湿循环后相对动弹性模量、试件抗压强度耐蚀系数损失率及质量变化率又变得较小。

Abstract:Through the experimeut of concrete anti sulfate corrosion, studied the test specimen quality of C50 concrete, loss rate of relative dynamic modulus of elasticity and the relationship between anti corrosion coefficient of test specimen pressure and wet and dry cycle time. The result show that when the wet and dry cycle less than 30 times, the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity, loss rate of pressure and anti corrosion coefficient and the mass change rate arc smaller, between 30-120 times is the largest, more than 120 times, the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity, loss rate of pressure and anti corrosion coefficient and the mass change rate become smaller again after wet and dry cycle.
