| 摘 要： | 本文着重介绍了美国最新研发的多层轻钢结构住宅体系,结构技术方面包括轻钢墙体、轻钢搁栅楼盖、与抗震抗风相关的钢板剪力墙及轻钢与普钢的混合结构体系.对轻钢住宅的防火与保温技术也作了详细介绍,对多层轻钢结构住宅的优点进行了讨论,同时对技术引进的相关问题进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | The multiple story light steel structure residential system, researched and developed in U. S. recently, are presented. The structure techniques incinde light steel wall, light steel joist roof and steel board shear wall related to seismic and wind resistance as well as light stel and ordinary steel mixed system. The techniques of fireproof and heat preservation of light steel residence are introduced in detail as well. The advantages of multiple story light steel structure resideuce are discussed and the issues related to technique import are approached. |
